Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise the operational framework of the fund administration business, ensuring the smooth provision of services to an expanding array of venture capital firms.

• Formulate and execute operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Partner with product teams to synchronize roadmap priorities with client feedback, and facilitate the rollout of feature launches, UX improvements, and onboarding processes.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across various time zones.

• Establish and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to promote continuous operational enhancement and top-tier customer service.

• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with the company's growth objectives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions for fund administration clients.

• Propel automation and process optimization to enhance capacity while sustaining a 90+ NPS.

• Maintain relationships with key service providers and strategic partners.

• Enforce risk management protocols and best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in operations management, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within financial services or fund administration.

• Knowledgeable about emerging trends in AI for support, automation, and customer intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated success in scaling fund operations within a high-growth setting.

• Strong grasp of venture capital fund structures, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.

• Experience in building and managing remote teams across diverse locations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to flourish amid uncertainty and provide clarity in complex situations.
