Oracle EBS Time & Labor Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an Oracle EBS Time and Labor Functional Analyst, tasked with functional analysis, solution development, design, and the implementation of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to create scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions using Oracle and related technologies.

• Offer recommendations that align with the program’s global implementation and the long-term organizational strategy for enterprise-level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.

• Contribute to Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Reporting Solutions.

• Develop, amend, and execute test plans and scripts.

• Evaluate and resolve application issues, assisting cross-functional teams in testing and implementing solutions.

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-users.

• Conduct analysis, cost estimation for solutions, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing, and validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent along with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.

• Proficiency in maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including Time and Labor (TL), Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).

• Understanding of DoD Time and Labor procedures.

• Capability to write SQL queries.

• Experience in writing and executing functional test scenarios.

• Skilled in writing and maintaining functional specifications and configuration documents.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks amidst shifting priorities and effectively address issues as they arise in a dynamic, multi-customer environment.

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in composing and presenting program solution-related documentation.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to undergo an IT-II background investigation.
