Proposals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Revise and uphold the pricing model to facilitate proposal initiatives

• Investigate and evaluate historical pricing information for management presentations

• Assemble costs, schedules, and technical components in proposals in line with clinical protocols and RFP requirements

• Gather costs and technical aspects in change orders based on specifications provided by Sales Representatives

• Provide updates on progress, metrics, and challenges related to all proposal initiatives to management

• Refresh, organize, and sustain the RFI response library

• Coordinate and draft RFI responses according to RFI guidelines

• Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding pricing and billing queries

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory, preferably in Business Administration

• 2-5 years of experience related to proposals

• 1-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential, with a preference for eClinical technologies experience

• Familiarity with CRM solutions is preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities

• High levels of ambition, self-motivation, and energy
