This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the complete setup of sourced products within the ERP system.

• Verify that item specifics, selections, and quantities are correct prior to processing orders.

• Analyze and cross-check project documentation and community scope before entering data.

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Planning Operations to ensure product configuration and material availability.

• Liaise with Accounting and the sales team to detect and address pricing inconsistencies.

• Recognize and resolve moderately complex order or data issues.

• Maintain systematic, audit-ready electronic order files that align with company policies and compliance standards.

• Assist in the prompt and accurate fulfillment of orders for educators and schools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order processing, data entry, operations coordination, or a similar field.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Quick to learn new systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of coordinating across teams with varying priorities.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Practical experience with an ERP system or in a high-volume fulfillment or order management setting is preferred.

• Must be able to work on-site at the Carson, CA headquarters on a regular, scheduled basis.
