This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more states.
• Oversee the entire proposal preparation process, ensuring that timelines and deadlines are adhered to for Phase I–Phase IV studies, consulting, and various company services.
• Evaluate client materials and distribute information to project teams, senior management, and sales representatives.
• Identify gaps in information, discrepancies, and specific service requirements, translating these into proposals and budgets.
• Organize proposal kickoff strategy meetings.
• Draft, revise, and tailor proposal text to align with client needs and the strategic messaging of the project team.
• Create comprehensive project budgets utilizing an Excel-based costing tool and financial formulas.
• Collaborate with the Manager to communicate, review, and negotiate with partners and vendors throughout the proposal development process.
• Generate change orders for ongoing studies, including budget formulation and justification.
• Liaise with clients to facilitate change-order delivery and necessary adjustments.
• Maintain departmental records and manage internal/intercompany reporting, including the financial analysis of budgeted studies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1 year of experience in proposal development within the life sciences sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to swiftly shift priorities.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Occasional travel for company meetings may be necessary; additional travel will be minimal and optional.
• Familiarity with the clinical research process from development through approval.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
