This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more states.
• Oversee the comprehensive proposal preparation process for Phase I–Phase IV studies, consulting, and various other company services, ensuring that timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
• Examine client materials and relay information to project teams, senior management, and sales leads.
• Identify gaps in information, discrepancies, unique service requirements, and convert them into proposals and budgets.
• Organize kickoff strategy meetings for proposals.
• Draft, revise, and tailor proposal text to reflect client needs and the strategy of the project team.
• Create complete project budgets using an Excel-based costing tool and employ financial formulas to capture budget specifics and align them with client grids.
• Communicate, review, and negotiate with partners and vendors throughout the proposal development process.
• Generate change orders for ongoing studies, including the development and justification of budgets.
• Interact with clients to facilitate change-order delivery and necessary adjustments.
• Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting, encompassing financial analysis of budgeted studies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 1 year of experience in proposal development within the life sciences sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for rapidly shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to exercise sound judgment.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Travel for company meetings may be required on an as-needed basis; other travel will be minimal and optional.
• Understanding of the clinical research process from development to approval.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
