Proposal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert RFP requirements into clear and actionable strategies.

• Compile and organize extensive information into cohesive proposal packages.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines.

• Oversee multiple proposals, including deadlines and deliverables.

• Guarantee adherence to RFP requirements and submission guidelines.

• Assist in developing solutions and overall proposal strategy.

• Participate in writing and editing while upholding a consistent tone.

• Conduct quality assurance checks, manage version control, and prepare for final submissions.

• Propel work independently in dynamic and uncertain environments.

• Enhance processes, tools, and operational methods.

• Work collaboratively with business development, program leaders, external partners, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

• Craft proposals that showcase CLEAResult’s strengths and contribute to company growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles.

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Proficient in synthesizing complex information.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

• Capacity to work autonomously, remain accountable, and advance tasks in ambiguous circumstances.

• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new AI tools and processes.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, program development, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: experience in the proposal/RFP process.

• Preferred: background in energy efficiency, utility, or regulated programs.

• Preferred: familiarity with Claude, the AI platform.

• Must fulfill applicable DOT qualification requirements, if relevant.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.
