Property Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of various property projects according to established timelines, budgets, and design specifications.

• Work in partnership with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project completion.

• Evaluate design and construction expenses to enhance value and maximize financial returns.

• Assist in value engineering efforts to boost quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Advocate for brand design standards and ensure their consistent application and evolution.

• Develop and promote best practice procedures throughout the design, build, and delivery processes.

• Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction and development.

• Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the objectives of financial, customer, and operational excellence across the estate.

• Travel across the Midlands to Scotland, dedicating 2–3 days per week in Scotland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multi-site projects within the hospitality, leisure, or property development sectors.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and project implementation.

• Ability to analyze issues, make decisions, and achieve results under pressure.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders and delivering clear, persuasive recommendations.

• Knowledge of property management, asset management, and operational efficiency.

• Ideally possess a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering, or equivalent).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

• A proactive and innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and maintaining high standards.

• Projects must comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory standards.
