Property Inspector, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform inspections of both the interior and exterior of residential, commercial, and specialized properties.

• Complete five pre-scheduled daily routes, totaling around 40 appointments each week within the nationwide service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical condition of properties in the designated region.

• Measure and calculate living areas accurately.

• Document the current progress of construction and any maintenance activities undertaken.

• Engage in regular digital communication with colleagues regarding ongoing team matters.

• Follow routes that have been coordinated and scheduled by the service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for real estate, with some initial experience in the sector or a strong interest in this field.

• Ideally, prior experience in calculating living areas and measuring properties.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail, diligence, and a responsible approach to tasks.

• A polished, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Class B driver’s license along with some driving experience.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken German.
