Property Inspector, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both externally and internally.

• Complete five pre-scheduled daily routes, totaling around 40 appointments per week across the national service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical condition of properties within the designated area.

• Measure and calculate living spaces accurately.

• Document the current state of construction and any necessary maintenance activities.

• Maintain consistent digital communication with team members regarding ongoing topics relevant to the team.

• Utilize route plans organized and scheduled by the service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for real estate, with some prior experience in the industry, or a strong interest in pursuing this field.

• Ideally, familiarity with living-area calculations and property measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a responsible approach to tasks.

• Professional, service-oriented, and approachable demeanor.

• Proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver's license along with some driving experience.

• Strong command of the German language, both written and spoken.

• Career level: No prior professional experience necessary.
