Quality Inspector – Internal Production, 2nd Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee processes in the production area by evaluating procedures in line with self-control programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and legal regulations.

• Fill out forms and maintain records with the necessary information to ensure oversight and facilitate inspections by the designated regulatory authority.

• Implement pest and rodent management at the slaughterhouse utilizing traps and spraying methods.

• Gather samples and dispatch them to an external laboratory to comply with legal obligations.
