Property Inspector – Field-Based Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both inside and outside.

• Complete five scheduled daily routes, managing around 40 appointments each week throughout the national service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical status of properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces.

• Document the current phase of construction and any maintenance activities.

• Engage in regular digital meetings with team members to discuss ongoing topics.

• Utilize route plans organized and scheduled by the service team.

• A passion for real estate with some experience in the sector, or a strong interest in this area.

• Ideally, familiarity with living area calculations and property measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a responsible work ethic.

• Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficient use of Office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver's license along with some driving experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.
