Property Inspector, Field-Based – Ellwangen Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough inspections of both the interior and exterior of residential, commercial, and specialized properties.

• Execute five pre-scheduled daily routes, totaling around 40 appointments each week.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical condition of the properties.

• Measure and calculate living areas accurately.

• Document the current construction phase and any required or completed maintenance work.

• Maintain consistent digital communication with team members regarding ongoing matters.

• Utilize route plans organized and scheduled by the service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen interest in real estate, along with initial experience in the field, or a strong passion for the industry.

• Preferably, experience in calculating living areas and measuring properties.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and an ability to work independently.

• High attention to detail, diligence, and a solid sense of responsibility.

• Professional, customer-oriented, and approachable attitude.

• Proficient in Office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver’s license and some driving experience.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken, at a very good level.
