Property Inspector, Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both inside and outside.

• Complete five pre-scheduled daily routes with around 40 appointments each week.

• Evaluate and document the structural and technical conditions of properties.

• Measure and calculate residential floor areas.

• Record the current construction progress and any maintenance activities.

• Maintain consistent digital communication with colleagues regarding team-related matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for the real estate sector and some initial experience in the property industry, or a strong enthusiasm for this field.

• Ideally, familiarity with residential floor-area calculations and property measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and an ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail, diligence, and a responsible work ethic.

• A professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficient use of Office applications including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• A valid Class B driving license and some driving experience.

• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
