This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Complete a maximum of 64 hours of compensated pre-licensing training.
• Assist customers through phone and email with inquiries related to new policy quotes and billing.
• Manage endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage.
• Address underwriting inquiries and articulate insurance protection details to clients.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
• Transition into a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional role upon successfully passing the state examination.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Previous call center experience is advantageous.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Dedication to completing the entire 8-week training program is required.
• Eligibility to take the state exam within the greater Sunrise area.
• Must have wired internet service installed directly into the home (options include cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband).
• The Qualfon computer must connect directly to the home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.
• Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, and boosters are not permitted.
• Proof of internet service provider and service is required upon hiring.
• Up to 64 hours of compensated pre-licensing training.
• Remuneration for pre-licensing coursework.
• The employer will cover the cost of two attempts at the state exam.
