Promotional Order Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enter orders and oversee the complete process until the order is delivered to the customer.

• Communicate updates on order status and changes in production schedules with manufacturing suppliers, sales representatives, and clients.

• Foster sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.

• Collaborate with suppliers and the internal team to address and resolve order-related issues.

• Ensure that production proof approvals are obtained, reviewed, and documented in internal systems, along with production status.

• Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

• Record order-related activities across various systems and maintain updates to order status within company software.

• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Execute ad hoc tasks that align with the role.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management position.

• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is preferred.

• Experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce roles is advantageous.

• Preferred experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.

• Strong customer focus and adaptability to various personality types.
