Project Supervisor – Traveler Strategic Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily tasks, production levels, and attendance of traveler technicians across various projects from a remote location.

• Collaborate with the Traveler Coordinator to facilitate mobilizations, kickoffs, and ramp-ups.

• Relay project updates, production metrics, budgetary information, and issues to clients and project leadership.

• Identify and address field challenges, escalating to the Project Manager when necessary.

• Confirm technician OQs and adherence to pipeline safety standards as stipulated in 49 CFR Part 192.

• Track production, quality, and budget performance; report discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

• Review and authorize technician time, mileage, and expenses using Time Tracker.

• Provide remote training and coaching to technicians on system usage, company policies, and project expectations.

• Advocate for safety while enforcing policies related to safety, vehicle usage, and attendance.

• Manage monthly inspections of vehicles and equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Experience in the natural gas utility field or as a gas contractor, specifically in leak surveys, service inspections, or atmospheric corrosion inspections.

• Familiarity with OQ requirements.

• Supervisory or team lead experience: at least six months for internal candidates or one year for external candidates.

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.

• Experience with payroll and time tracking.

• Availability to work Eastern Time hours, generally Monday through Friday, with occasional early, evening, or weekend hours as needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% if necessary.
