Director, Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Spearhead significant strategic initiatives that promote Provider Data Operations objectives

• Convert strategic vision into actionable plans while coordinating with business and technology partners

• Manage complex interdependencies and guide initiatives from inception to execution

• Oversee the strategic planning process and define essential procedures

• Track and manage critical milestones of the strategic plan

• Cultivate cross-functional relationships to execute business strategies

• Provide project management support for major initiatives and essential projects

• Collaborate with business and senior leaders to achieve tactical and strategic goals

• Advise and influence senior management across various functions

• Counsel business leaders on both strategic and tactical matters

• Assist with financial, sales, and operations reporting and analysis

• Champion change by overseeing and managing key stakeholders and owners

• Adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Over 7 years of experience in crafting and executing new business strategies

• More than 5 years of experience in a managed care setting

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future

• Willingness to travel 25–50%
