Project Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the team to guarantee efficient department operations and foster employee development.

• Facilitate the network of contact points and encourage cross-departmental collaboration.

• Offer direct assistance for strategic or high-priority projects.

• Generate management reports for N1/N2 leadership.

• Track and assess the outcomes and effects of completed projects.

• Evaluate project governance maturity and suggest ongoing enhancements.

• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).

• Capability to organize plans, schedules, OKRs, and performance metrics.

• Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.

• Systems thinking to identify interdependencies among projects.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across various departments.

• Active listening and empathy when collaborating with diverse leadership styles.
