Project Specialist II – Talent Attraction Technical Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, oversee, and manage analytical products, dashboards, and diagnostics aimed at delivering data solutions for the People Vice Presidency.

• Convert intricate analyses and data into strategic presentations, reports, and decks for colleagues, leaders, and executives.

• Ensure the effective execution and close monitoring of tests and pilots conducted by advanced teams, tracking metrics and training those in charge of execution.

• Serve as a liaison across various departments, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, recruiters, and leaders to facilitate delivery.

• Proactively investigate new technologies, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence to enhance internal processes and produce data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Curiosity and Analytical Aptitude: A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for independently learning about and experimenting with new technologies, including vibe coding, automation, and AI integrations.

• Practical Data Familiarity: Experience in developing data solutions, reports, or basic automations, such as utilizing GCP, AppSheet, databases and integrations, as well as low-code/no-code tools.

• Strong Alliance-Building Agility: Exceptional stakeholder management, organizational insight, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to navigate effectively among peers and executives.

• Business Acumen: Skill in linking quantitative analyses with business context and strategic requirements.

• Previous experience in analytical or intelligence roles, such as BI, Planning, Performance, Finance, or Credit—preferred.

• Experience in testing and piloting Generative AI applications for data analysis and process enhancement—preferred.
