Project Reporting & Governance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, and delivery milestones.

• Organize project activities, meetings, workshops, and engage with stakeholders.

• Record and monitor actions and decisions to ensure completion.

• Maintain RAID logs and escalate any concerns as necessary.

• Support activities aimed at risk mitigation.

• Create status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.

• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables and oversee progress.

• Manage decision logs and ensure that decisions are documented, communicated, and acted upon.

• Take ownership of the program’s status reporting pack, RAID log, and decision register.

• Gather, validate, and consolidate inputs from active releases and workstreams for leadership and governance reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reliability Status security clearance or higher is required at the time of application.

• Secret clearance eligibility is preferred.

• Proven experience in producing executive-level status reports by consolidating inputs from multiple sources.

• Experience in managing RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, owners, due dates, escalation, and mitigation efforts.

• Familiarity with maintaining decision registers.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage tight weekly reporting schedules.

• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination.

• Capable of obtaining inputs and maintaining reporting discipline across business, technical, and vendor teams.
