Project Operations Manager – Environmental Licensing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project's operational and financial functions.

• Manage institutional relationships and interfaces with involved parties and other public-sector stakeholders as needed.

• Plan and track the project alongside the contract dashboard.

• Ensure adherence to specifications and requests.

• Facilitate the timely completion of deliverables.

• Supervise and coordinate activities executed by the Technical Coordination team.

• Establish project performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in operational and financial project management.

• Background in physical and financial planning.

• Experience in managing schedules, targets, and deliverables.

• Competence in developing and monitoring KPIs/performance indicators.

• Experience in controlling contract budgets, costs, progress measurements, and outcomes.

• Familiarity with serving as a liaison with clients/contracting entities.

• Experience in managing risks, deviations, and action plans.

• Ability to integrate operational areas and technical teams.

• Expertise in preparing presentations and executive reports.

• Preferred experience with public-sector contracts, government agencies, or projects subject to oversight and accountability requirements.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the state of Pará.
