📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring comprehensive lifecycle documentation, regular reporting on progress, adherence to master schedules, throughput targets, and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal leadership while managing multi-site move operations, enforcing master schedules, and achieving throughput targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Support the hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads.

• Maintain thorough chain-of-custody protocols and ensure compliance with federal security and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex, end-to-end project operations, which includes team hiring, personnel management, and operational reporting.

• Extensive knowledge of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, the development and enforcement of SOPs, chain-of-custody protocols, inventory reconciliation, Quality Control Plans (QCP), and federal security standards.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multi-site projects, lead team members, maintain client relationships, and provide structured project documentation and leadership updates.

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• Must be capable of passing a Federal Clearance.
