This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee both daily and long-term scheduling for specialized technicians and field engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment of field resource availability with evolving project timelines, client schedules, and infrastructure deadlines.
• Track resource capacity and promptly escalate any scheduling conflicts or shortages to Project Managers.
• Assemble, monitor, and finalize comprehensive Job Packs for all field operations.
• Guarantee that each Job Pack includes precise documentation, encompassing Scope of Work (SOW) details and site-specific operational guidelines.
• Confirm that all required Safety Assessments, risk analyses, and hazard checklists are completed prior to the commencement of fieldwork.
• Facilitate the collection of necessary field Sign-offs, compliance certificates, and client handovers to successfully close out projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians traveling to remote areas ("the bush").
• Handle daily communications with a dedicated, specialized workforce that often endures long separations from their families.
• Balance rigorous process adherence with profound empathy to ensure the well-being and support of field workers.
• Assist operations across Australia regarding modular data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, and commercial Wi-Fi deployments.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination, particularly in field operations, logistics, or dispatch.
• Background in supporting telecommunications, mining, utilities, or heavy infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
• Exceptionally confident, assertive, and resilient communicator; comfortable with direct or unrefined language from field personnel.
• Proficient in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and project management software like Bitrix24 or similar systems.
• Must be based remotely in the Philippines.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, from 7:00 am–3:30 pm PH Time.
