This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide and assist cross-functional strategic initiatives that promote R&D priorities, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Organize and oversee activities, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Sabin staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint opportunities for organizational enhancement and operational excellence.
• Design, execute, manage, and continuously refine project management processes, resources, governance frameworks, templates, reporting systems, and tools throughout the R&D portfolio.
• Carry out change management initiatives for new processes, systems, and methodologies, including training and communication efforts.
• Create reporting and dashboards for monitoring organizational and program performance, aiding in decision-making.
• Foster alignment among internal and external stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and encourage accountability.
• Conduct team and project meetings, document decisions, track actions, align stakeholders, and ensure follow-up.
• Develop and maintain project timelines utilizing Smartsheet, MS Project, Lucen/Office Timeline, or other project management tools.
• Identify, evaluate, escalate, mitigate, and monitor risks, issues, and decisions.
• Keep project files organized and manage document control within project management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO operations, or similar roles in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, vaccine development, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Background in developing project management tools, templates, dashboards, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, innovation methodologies, human-centered design, change management, and/or systems thinking for operational improvements.
• Proficient in project management principles and related software, including Smartsheet and MS Project.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Capacity to work independently, foresee needs, and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, possessing strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
• Experience with MS Teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information while exercising discretion.
• Ability to swiftly process information, attentively listen to feedback, and adapt plans/actions accordingly.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with prior notice.
