This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Facilitate project schedules and initiation activities in collaboration with Senior Designers and project stakeholders.
β’ Conduct evaluations of sites and document the current field conditions.
β’ Assess design packages and drawing sets for thoroughness, feasibility, and compliance with project specifications.
β’ Manage the competitive bidding process for signage fabricators, including reviewing bids, coordinating with vendors, and making award recommendations.
β’ Supervise shop drawing reviews to ensure technical precision, adherence to design specifications, and readiness for fabrication.
β’ Monitor fabrication timelines, production milestones, and quality control checkpoints during manufacturing.
β’ Coordinate installation logistics, site access, and field operations with vendors, construction crews, and site operations personnel.
β’ Provide oversight during on-site installations, manage punch lists, and conduct quality control inspections.
β’ Handle project closeout, which includes warranty documentation, final records, and any necessary decommissioning or patch-and-paint tasks.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to successfully execute workplace signage and rebranding initiatives.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in project management within the commercial interiors, signage, construction, workplace design, or related sectors.
β’ Proven experience overseeing interior signage, branding, workplace, construction, or commercial interiors projects from initiation to closeout.
β’ Strong technical skills with the capacity to read and evaluate shop drawings, design packages, and construction documentation.
β’ Experience in managing fabricators, vendors, and competitive bidding processes within a project delivery setting.
β’ Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous project schedules while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
β’ Willingness to travel two to three times a month to project sites for surveys, installations, and field inspections.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools commonly utilized in design or construction fields.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
β’ Experience in the commercial real estate, workplace design, or corporate interiors sectors.
β’ Understanding of ADA signage standards, environmental graphics, and interior branding systems.
β’ Experience assisting with field-based quality control inspections and punch list management during the installation phase.
β’ Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and installation techniques relevant to interior signage.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote or home-office environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
β’ Experience collaborating with design, construction, and facilities management teams in a dynamic project setting.
β’ Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
