Project Manager, Services Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of service engagements: from kickoff through milestone tracking, delivery, and finalization.

• Maintain an up-to-date project tracker that integrates with Salesforce contracts, encompassing start and end dates, resources, and risk assessments.

• Manage resource allocation by aligning available team members with incoming projects based on their capacity and scheduling availability.

• Develop and uphold standardized onboarding templates to ensure consistent and repeatable client implementations.

• Dispatch automated status reminders and proactively escalate projects at risk before they escalate into issues.

• Collaborate directly with the services team to eliminate obstacles and maintain visibility on commitments.

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive project management tasks utilizing AI tools and internal systems.

• Deliver clear weekly project health reports to leadership.

• Introduce structure and predictability to DBSync's implementation and professional services team.

• Oversee project tracking, resource allocation, and onboarding execution to ensure client projects remain on schedule and team capacity is transparent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software implementation or professional services projects.

• Proven track record in building and maintaining project tracking systems that are actively utilized by teams.

• Experience in resource planning and calendar-based capacity management.

• Proficient in AI technologies, with hands-on experience using tools like Claude, automation platforms, or similar.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong aversion to ambiguity regarding project status.

• Ability to earn respect from both technical and non-technical teams.
