Project Manager – Service Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and supervise programs aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational effectiveness.

• Create and execute structured program plans, which include comprehensive task lists, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Recognize program dependencies and collaborate with relevant teams to manage and resolve them effectively.

• Facilitate regular program meetings to track progress, tackle issues, and promote decision-making.

• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for the program.

• Work together with stakeholders across various departments to ensure program objectives align with organizational goals.

• Assess program risks and formulate contingency strategies.

• Promote ongoing improvement of program management processes and tools.

• Rapidly develop expertise in specializations pertinent to program assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within service operations or a related field, with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Coda, Smartsheet) and a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, able to engage and align a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and navigate through complex program challenges.

• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment is preferred, showcasing a history of adapting to changing role responsibilities.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Availability to work during the graveyard shift.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and possess authorization to work there.
