Project Manager – SaaS Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple simultaneous large-scale client software implementation projects.

• Establish project governance and framework.

• Evaluate complex, ambiguous, and high-risk projects, developing actionable project plans.

• Take ownership of project status and success, effectively driving issues to resolution.

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges.

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure stakeholder accountability.

• Oversee client and vendor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project status, expectations, and issue resolution.

• Supervise project budgets, hours, expenses, forecasting, and reporting.

• Implement and enhance Bullhorn’s PMO processes and project management methodologies.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers or implementation specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in managing complex, external client-facing software implementation projects.

• Significant emphasis on ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale SaaS solutions with billable utilization goals.

• Demonstrated success in delivering highly complex and ambiguous projects.

• Expertise in defining and managing project scope, schedules, and budgets for large enterprise clients.

• Mastery of Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Understanding of the complete implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, integration, testing (UAT), and go-live.

• Proficient with Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, and resource management systems.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
