Project Manager – Retail Planning, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of Centric Planning projects from start to finish.

• Manage the project's scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors, and key stakeholders.

• Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.

• Coordinate delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical architects, and developers.

• Proactively identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Ensure delivery quality while fulfilling customer expectations and meeting commercial objectives.

• Promote the adoption of Project Management Office standards, governance, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Global Delivery teams to enhance implementation methodologies.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by providing implementation strategies, project estimates, and delivery methods.

• Mentor junior project managers to enhance the delivery capabilities within the Planning practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects.

• Experience in delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Capability to remain organized in complex environments, lead cross-functional teams, and balance customer success with business outcomes.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites.

• Experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, supply chain, or retail technology is a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification would be advantageous.
