
Project Manager β Retail Fit-Outs, Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Deliver consulting services to the retail telecom client account to support the achievement of strategic business goals.
β’ Oversee retail store fit-out and renovation initiatives from the preconstruction planning phase through to project closeout.
β’ Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout for commercial real estate ventures.
β’ Collaborate with Architects and General Contractors.
β’ Establish project scope and oversee the management of RFPs and RFIs.
β’ Draft scope of work, resource requirements for project delivery, cost estimates, budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification.
β’ Determine project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
β’ Conduct requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
β’ Enforce project documentation governance in line with company and client standards.
β’ Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
β’ Develop action plans to achieve objectives, adhere to budget, and meet schedules.
β’ Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.
β’ Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation and contingency strategies.
β’ Execute plans aimed at minimizing or eliminating project risks.
β’ Utilize principles, techniques, and procedures to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.
β’ Provide mentorship and share expertise with colleagues.
β’ Exemplify leadership by modeling CBRE RISE values.
β’ Facilitate consensus-building and persuade others to reach agreements.
β’ Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities within your team and related teams.
β’ Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
β’ A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
β’ LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
β’ Experience managing fit-out and renovation construction for retail client accounts is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical construction documents is required.
β’ Familiarity with lease agreements and vendor management is highly desirable.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet is required.
β’ Experience with Tango or similar project management software is essential.
β’ Knowledge of Corrigo or other facilities management software is desirable.
