Project Manager, Retail Construction Management

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct retail banking construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure the successful implementation of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and alignment with client objectives.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and contract negotiations.

• Propel construction execution to ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage conflicts and oversee account management processes.

• Leverage advanced project management technology to enhance operational efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and improve work quality standards, cultural initiatives, and best practices.

• Achieve high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in project management or construction management.

• A proven history of effectively managing construction projects from inception to completion, including budget management, scheduling, and vendor oversight.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing modern project management technology tools and software.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven capability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external clients.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a track record of decisive action and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
