Project Manager / Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead diverse projects spanning multiple domains

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies

• Mentor teams on Agile practices

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage project risks

• Handle multiple projects concurrently

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project or program management

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capability to oversee multiple projects at the same time

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred

• Experience in technology or IT project management is preferred

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management is preferred
