This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and activities associated with business development opportunities for NavieGo Patient Programs.
β’ Facilitate onboarding of new programs while supporting the expansion of current initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with BioScript business units and divisions to introduce new partners and enhance existing business relationships.
β’ Spearhead business onboarding projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
β’ Conduct meetings with partners and drug manufacturers while overseeing daily partner communications.
β’ Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to streamline processes and enhance cooperation.
β’ Document project-related challenges, service requirements, and competitive factors.
β’ Provide insights on industry trends and partner developments, representing the voice of the customer.
β’ Create project charters outlining governance, scope, objectives, stakeholders, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
β’ Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, communication strategies, meeting schedules, and resource allocations.
β’ Identify and mitigate project risks, establishing completion goals and metrics.
β’ Implement project activities as per the timeline and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Update leadership on project status and keep key stakeholders informed.
β’ Suggest information technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
β’ Maintain comprehensive project documentation and files.
β’ Assess work quality to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, ethical, and legal standards.
β’ Oversee deliverables, scope, timelines, and budget; make adjustments when necessary.
β’ Monitor and escalate project-related issues and risks.
β’ Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, implement process enhancements, and transition projects to operational status.
β’ Report patient safety information in line with adverse event and product quality complaint regulations.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management, obtained through a blend of education and experience.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is a significant advantage.
β’ PMP certification is desirable.
β’ Proven and relevant experience managing multiple competing projects for various partners and clients.
β’ Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
β’ Demonstrated capability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate across different functions.
β’ Experience leading or participating in a project management function while working with diverse teams and portfolios.
β’ Background in change management, including the establishment of processes or new services.
β’ Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Experience in product implementation is an asset.
β’ General understanding of reimbursement, patient support programs, database components, and functionalities.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong enthusiasm for teamwork.
β’ Proficiency in English is required.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in French and English is necessary for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
