Project Manager – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage technology projects from the initial planning phase to successful completion.

• Act as the primary liaison for communication between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

• Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.

• Organize meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items among various stakeholders.

• Proactively recognize and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays.

• Ensure the maintenance of clear and precise project documentation and reporting.

• Enable effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Guarantee alignment on expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Uphold strong follow-up and accountability among teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles, ideally within technology or software development settings.

• Strong skills in project organization, planning, and time management.

• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1).

• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong skills in follow-up and accountability.

• Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Experience in collaborating with distributed and international teams across different time zones.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
