Project Manager – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate technology projects from the initial planning phase to final completion.

• Act as the main communication link between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priority settings.

• Organize meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items among various stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and possible delays.

• Keep clear and precise project documentation and reporting.

• Enhance communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure that expectations, priorities, and deliverables are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Sustain strong follow-up and accountability among teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or related roles, ideally within technology or software development settings.

• Proficient project organization, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1).

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong skills in follow-up and accountability.

• A proactive mindset in identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across various time zones.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
