Project Manager, Performance Marketing, E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume comprehensive responsibility for several e-commerce client projects.

• Manage growth and revenue objectives, along with the overall performance of client initiatives.

• Coordinate efforts across the Paid Media, Creative, Copywriting, and Conversion teams.

• Delegate tasks, monitor execution, and facilitate the internal weekly meetings.

• Profitably reallocate budgets, identify deviations early, and implement corrective measures.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead strategic meetings with them.

• Clearly and persuasively communicate and justify decisions, including to senior management.

• Ideally, take charge of a marketing channel and share insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in an e-commerce marketing channel, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Native Advertising.

• Knowledge of how various channels interact; this position is not suited for a single-channel expert.

• Strong understanding of ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin, as well as the effect of new and returning customers on allowable costs.

• Proven project and performance management experience in e-commerce—not just advisory—ideally across multiple concurrent projects.

• Practical experience in managing client relationships.

• Basic proficiency in German will be assessed during the application process.
