Project Manager – Paid Mandatory Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of customer projects independently, from the moment an order is placed until fulfillment is complete.

• Collaborate with warehouses and suppliers to coordinate orders effectively.

• Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring it is well-maintained and expanded as needed.

• Ensure data quality by maintaining information in the Product Information Management system.

• Assist the project team in executing projects efficiently and successfully for key clients.

• Play a role in project management, supplier management, and the processing of orders.

• Acquire knowledge about logistics management within an e-commerce wholesale context.

• Work collaboratively between the Sales and Design departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program or nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree.

• A meticulous and organized approach to tasks.

• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving goals.

• Proficient in Excel with experience handling complex assignments.

• Eagerness to learn, make a significant impact, and engage in meaningful projects that provide real value.

• Willingness to take initiative, assume responsibility, and embrace ownership within a dynamic startup environment.

• Commitment to high-quality standards and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Preferred: Familiarity with JTL, Notion, HubSpot, and DATEV.
