πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee project management, change management, and delivery assistance for organizational initiatives.

β€’ Administer the organization-wide ODCM portfolio and implementation roadmap across four key areas: Decision Pathways and Leadership Alignment; People Manager Effectiveness; Organizational Planning and Processes; and Systems and Tools.

β€’ Organize milestones, timelines, responsible parties, dependencies, risks, and decision points.

β€’ Collaborate with managers, owners, contributors, and subject matter experts to drive workstreams and clarify plans, deliverables, roles, and subsequent steps.

β€’ Plan and lead project meetings and execution-oriented forums.

β€’ Craft and facilitate stakeholder discussions with executive leaders, managers, staff, and other groups.

β€’ Create roadmaps, project plans, status updates, decision documents, run-of-show materials, facilitation guides, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, playbooks, and communications.

β€’ Coordinate the sequencing and communication of organization-wide changes.

β€’ Assist leaders and managers as change stewards by providing guidance, resources, engagement opportunities, and feedback loops.

β€’ Monitor implementation progress and organizational impact; consolidate feedback and propose modifications.

β€’ Identify and address project risks, capacity limitations, and conflicting demands; escalate issues and decision requirements as needed.

β€’ Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Information Systems and Technology, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Justice and Equity, executive leadership, and program and departmental teams.

β€’ Aid in embedding sustainable organizational development and change management practices.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 7 years of pertinent work experience, including leading or coordinating complex project management, organizational development, change management, or cross-functional implementation initiatives.

β€’ Proven experience managing a portfolio of interconnected projects with shared milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points.

β€’ Strong collaborative project management abilities, encompassing the development and execution of shared goals, deliverables, workplans, and timelines with contributors who are not direct reports.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating meetings, workshops, focus groups, and leadership discussions.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex work into clear presentations, guidance, updates, tools, and messages.

β€’ Sound judgment and political savvy, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, organizational dynamics, and sensitive discussions discreetly.

β€’ Experience supporting organization-wide change through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, feedback, adoption, and continuous improvement.

β€’ Understanding of nonprofit operations and experience working collaboratively with leadership, human resources, technology, finance, communications, and program teams.

β€’ Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identify themes and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
