Project Manager – Operational Transformation

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct cross-functional projects from their inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered successfully within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Serve as a reliable strategic partner to leadership regarding operational priorities, execution strategies, and risk management.

• Convert business objectives into practical project roadmaps, milestones, and performance indicators.

• Create and sustain project plans that encompass scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and measures of success.

• Manage a variety of initiatives while adapting to shifting business requirements.

• Conduct project meetings, provide status updates and ready-to-act insights, and ensure accountability for deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Recognize risks, obstacles, and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Execute proactive solutions and standardized workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure that operational initiatives comply with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.

• Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships across executives, regional leaders, and departmental teams.

• Assist with change management efforts and promote sustainable operational enhancements.

• Lead post-implementation reviews to gather insights, refine processes, and improve performance.

• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered operations.

• Carry out other responsibilities as necessary to support organizational priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management.

• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives within a dynamic clinical environment.

• Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the capability to navigate ambiguity independently.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to forge strong partnerships at all organizational levels, including with leadership and board members.

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours).

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.
