This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies in the capacity of a project manager.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Syneos Health and the client.
• Guarantee timely initiation, execution, and completion of studies.
• Lead project teams while managing quality, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Oversee the financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate with study conduct partners and proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Manage project deliverables while ensuring the quality and completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Maintain study information across various databases and systems.
• Ensure preparedness for study inspections.
• Supervise the development and execution of project plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and present at both internal and external meetings.
• Compile project management reports for clients and senior management.
• Formulate contingency plans and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Cultivate client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
• Participate in bid defense meetings when necessary.
• Potentially supervise project management team members and clinical monitoring staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong capability to manage time and work independently.
• Direct expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 25%).
