Project Manager, Nuclear Contract Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various sponsored product projects from the initial concept to launch and subsequent analysis.

• Act as the main point of contact among Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and external sponsors.

• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify and address project risks to ensure timely delivery within the defined scope.

• Promote effective communication and teamwork among cross-functional groups.

• Enhance project management processes, tools, and best practices.

• Monitor project progress, report on significant milestones, and perform post-mortem evaluations.

• Ensure that sponsored product deliverables align with quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (scientific or technical) or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred, particularly in the regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical sectors.

• 2-4 years of demonstrated project management experience, with a strong history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget is preferred.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management software and/or Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in working with external clients or partners in a project management role.

• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools related to advertising performance.
