Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Report directly to an Engagement Manager responsible for overseeing client engagements.

• Collaborate with the PMO on the development of project management practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Lead up to five projects, managing teams of 2 to 10 consultants.

• Act as the client’s representative throughout the engagement process.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of NetSuite implementations through Planning, Design, Building, Verification, Deployment, and Transition phases.

• Manage project scope, timelines, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Facilitate client project status meetings and collaborate on monthly steering committee meetings.

• Administer change control procedures and manage client expectations.

• Evaluate and document non-standard features prior to implementation.

• Support the client's change management initiatives.

• Ensure the quality of communications and deliverables.

• Maintain daily time entries and review consultant hours before billing closure.

• Take ownership of weekly utilization planning and forecasting, escalating any utilization or capacity risks.

• Keep project task lists updated and revise project plans on a weekly basis.

• Maintain the RAID log in Smartsheet and review it during status and steering committee meetings.

• Proactively identify and document project risks and their impacts.

• Acknowledge coaching, guidance, and client communications within 24 business hours.

• Report budget consumption weekly by stage, activity code, and resource.

• Utilize BPC’s AI-enhanced delivery toolset and contribute to its improvement.

• Delegate tasks to junior resources.

• Engage in Velocity missions and contribute to firm improvement initiatives.

• Submit reusable project artifacts to knowledge management upon the conclusion of engagements.

• Enhance skills in project management tools, industry knowledge, and NetSuite product areas as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Extensive experience in managing ERP implementations.

• Proven operational reliability, including timely time entry, accurate forecasting, and adherence to coaching.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities.

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

• Capability to manage client and team interactions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Significant experience in managing projects within consulting services or similar professional services environments.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting.

• Comfortable leading on-site client workshops.

• Experience in managing projects with teams of five or more across multiple workstreams.

• Familiarity with operating within an AI-enhanced delivery model.

• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM) are desirable.

• Experience with NetSuite products and relevant certifications is a plus.

• An MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degrees are preferred.

• Experience contributing to firm-wide methodologies, knowledge management, or operational model initiatives is desirable.
