Project Manager – MEP Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project scope, client interactions, scheduling, and financial management.

• Direct and manage projects from the planning stage through design and construction phases.

• Facilitate project team meetings and communicate project progress to executive management.

• Conduct internal peer reviews and contribute to multi-discipline page turns across all offices.

• Execute page turns prior to all significant project deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with subconsultants and department design managers.

• Support client capture plans, pursuit strategies, proposals, business development, and client engagement initiatives.

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, acting as the main company contact, while ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

• Manage relevant components of a formal quality assurance program.

• Recognize potential business opportunities and offer marketing and business development assistance.

• Partner with the leadership team to establish fees for complex projects.

• Build and sustain client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager.

• PE, PMP, and/or equivalent licensure is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare and/or government contracting sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage project management duties independently as well as collaboratively with other team members and Project Managers.

• Proficient in handling multiple projects with various clients at different stages of design and construction.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to client sites.
