Project Manager, Laboratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and program management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Ensure client satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services, which includes daily study management.

• Attend and represent ICON at meetings with the Sponsor.

• Manage 10–15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

• Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner.

• Provide Sponsors with regular management reports.

• Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.

• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to represent the company effectively at Sponsor meetings.

• Capability to manage multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to efficiently handle study documentation and timelines.

• Employment with ICON is contingent upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
