This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee the delivery of project and program management.
β’ Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.
β’ Ensure client satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services, which includes daily study management.
β’ Attend and represent ICON at meetings with the Sponsor.
β’ Manage 10β15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
β’ Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner.
β’ Provide Sponsors with regular management reports.
β’ Offer ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences or healthcare.
β’ Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to represent the company effectively at Sponsor meetings.
β’ Capability to manage multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to efficiently handle study documentation and timelines.
β’ Employment with ICON is contingent upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
