This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across various workstreams.
• Identify, document, monitor, and assist in resolving cross-stream dependencies through the program dependency register.
• Conduct dependency mapping and critical path analysis to pinpoint schedule risks.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to address dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery obstacles.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery schedules.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and engagements with stakeholders.
• Record and track actions and decisions made during the project.
• Maintain project governance artifacts, such as status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers.
• Gather, validate, and compile inputs from project teams for leadership and governance reporting.
• Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions, aiding in mitigation and escalation efforts.
• Prepare dashboards, executive reporting materials, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables and facilitate project execution.
• Must possess Current Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance or higher at the time of application.
• Experience using Microsoft Project for managing project schedules, integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in Excel for project tracking, reporting, analysis, and status management.
• Proven experience in generating status reports from inputs across various teams.
• Experience in managing RAID logs.
• Knowledge in maintaining decision registers.
• Ability to identify and map dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in maintaining integrated project plans and coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
• Proficient in performing critical path analysis.
• Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation and communication.
• Capability to support cross-functional collaboration and resolve dependencies.
