Project Manager – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Independently lead comprehensive implementations in the role of Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert.

• Oversee implementations for sophisticated private market investors across various strategies including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, and Real Estate.

• Develop, enhance, and provide training to the team on best practices for implementation.

• Create and sustain implementation artifacts to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Monitor client health and engagement, proactively addressing potential issues.

• Collaborate with product development teams to create and improve features related to portfolio monitoring and valuation.

• Work closely with clients to optimize their data strategies and integrate technology stacks effectively.

• Produce high-quality client-facing materials that articulate complex project requirements.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the implementation process and improve client onboarding experiences.

• Partner with technology and Subject Matter Expert teams to design algorithms and workflows that automate essential tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in professional services within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or similar fields.

• Proven expertise in project management methodologies.

• Established history of independently managing complex client projects.

• Knowledge of valuation methodologies in Private Equity and Private Credit is highly advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

• Self-driven with a dedication to ongoing learning, development, and achieving excellence in performance.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations tailored to specific audiences.

• Familiarity with APIs and SQL is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ability to collaborate with others.
