Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional and intricately complex projects

• Define project scope and comprehensive requirements

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and manage these requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Identify and address issues, risks, and changes

• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are executed as planned

• Create project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in partnership with resource managers, team leads, finance, and executives

• Track and monitor progress against project plans

• Communicate project status to stakeholders through both formal and informal methods

• Relay project status, issues, risks, objectives, and goals to project teams, management, and stakeholders

• Generate regular status reports

• Enhance organizational project management processes and standards

• Track project hours and costs against estimates and budgets

• Monitor and report on project financials

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Mentor and train other members of the project team

• Execute additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience

• Over 8 years of proven project management experience and implementation

• Experience with distributed project teams

• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills

• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work setting

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet project deadlines

• Experience in thermal oxidation or air pollution control is preferred

• PMI/PMP certification is strongly preferred

• Some travel may be necessary
