This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research projects as a project manager.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Company and the Customer.
• Facilitate timely initiation, execution, and completion of studies in alignment with contractual obligations.
• Lead project teams to guarantee quality, adherence to timelines, and budget oversight.
• Manage the financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate with study conduct partners while proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Ensure the quality and thoroughness of the Trial Master File (TMF) for assigned projects.
• Maintain study data in databases and relevant systems.
• Ensure readiness for study inspections.
• Supervise the creation and execution of project plans.
• Plan, organize, and present at both internal and external meetings.
• Prepare project management reports for clients and management teams.
• Develop contingency plans and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Cultivate client relationships to foster new or additional business opportunities.
• Participate in bid defense meetings when acting as a potential project manager.
• Provide line management for project management team members and clinical monitoring staff as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Direct expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
