This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.
• Act as the main communication link between management, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure transparent and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Read, comprehend, and analyze construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Review and assess vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
• Coordinate efforts with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.
• Assist in ensuring projects align with quality standards, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Manage client communications with professionalism, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions.
• Support the delivery of high-end custom homes while upholding rigorous quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing internal processes, workflows, and communication systems.
• Learn and adapt to company-specific procedures, tools, and project management systems.
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support as necessary.
• 2–3+ years of professional experience in US-based construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional communication skills suitable for engaging with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a small team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to consistently work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
